The 65 minute class starts with a short relaxation to focus the mind and prepare the body. The class then continues with 19 carefully selected strong yoga postures that focus on balance, co-ordination and mental focus. The class then concludes with a longer relaxation section. The accompanying guide book highlights the instructions and provides a series of reference photos for each yoga posture. It also contains useful information on how to get the most from the class. The class is ideal for use before, during and after your precious time on the slopes. When used regularly it will improve your flexibility, strength, co-ordination, balance and mental focus and will also reduce the risk of injury.
