Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit & debit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit / debit card provider will convert the transaction to your own currency.
You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term in case we have made a mistake by unintentionally publishing inaccurate information on the site (e.g. the price, description or availability of a product you have ordered). In the case of a change in price or availability, we will always contact you to ensure any changes are acceptable.
We remain owners of the goods you purchase until you have paid for all of them in full. We can retrieve and resell them if they are not paid for. You must decide before ordering if the goods are suitable for your needs.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
a. The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
b. Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
c. The identification of a pricing or product description error
d. Your failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in our "Terms and Conditions"

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order with us at any time prior to it being dispatched for a full refund.
If you require a next day delivery service please contact us for details.
A redirected delivery is subject to an additional surcharge which will be paid in full by the customer.
Orders returned to us by our preferred carrier due to non receipt by the customer will be due to a 15% handling / re stocking charge and all shipping costs (send/return) will be deducted from the purchase price.
We will send your order to you, usually within 2 - 5 working days . International orders are generally received within 20 working days.
UK Mainland NEXT DAY delivery service
Goods ordered before 12.00 noon will be processed and dispatched the same day for delivery next day Monday to Friday. (Orders received after 12.00 noon on Thursday will be delivered on the following working Monday)
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption operated by WorldPay. They are only decrypted after they reach WorldPay. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

2. We must be notified within 24 hours should goods arrive in a faulty condition.

Yoga Studio does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.

We hope you will be happy with any items purchased from us; however should you wish to return any items please follow the following instructions:
1. We require notification of all returns within 7 working days of receipt of goods, either by email sales@yogastudio.co.uk or by phone 01296 615 880 - please include your order number and reason for return.
2. We will accept items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. As long as you return your goods within 14 working days from the day after delivery. The goods must in an 'as new' condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with it and accompanied by a sales receipt. The product must not have been used. Whilst the goods are in your possession you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of them.
3. Goods are returned at your own cost and risk.
4. If a product has NOT been returned to us in a fully resalable condition (i.e. used or customer damaged items), we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, unless the item is deemed faulty.
5. If you return goods claiming they are faulty, we will examine the returned goods and will replace the goods or refund monies paid by you within a reasonable period of time.
6. We do not accept returns of special purchase items.
7. Due to the ease of copying we regret that we are unable to accept returns of Music CDs, Videos, DVDs, CD-Rom, DVD-Rom, Charts or Books unless these goods are faulty. Defective products will be replaced by the same item.
8. If a refund is payable to you we will refund the price of the goods in full. Within 7 working days of receipt of returned goods.
9. Refund of the original delivery cost:
a. Will be refunded for all accepted refund requests received within 7 working days of the day after delivery of goods.
b. We are not obliged to repay any of the original delivery charge, if you are only returning part of the order.
c. Will NOT be refunded for refund requests received after 7 working days of the day after delivery of the goods.
Your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations are available from your local Citizen's Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
We take the utmost care to ensure that product descriptions and specifications on our website are correct at all time. However, whilst the colour reproduction and size is a reliable representation, a slight variation in the actual goods can occur.
