  DVD with many options  The dvd has a good yoga menu, many options. But I find it is often a bit to challenging for beginners. If you have some experience in yoga and you are in good shape it is a fine dvd but if you are new to yoga I think this is not the best start.   (30/12/2011) Rivka - France
