Bamboo is light, strong and is the ultimate sustainable product which is why we have selected it for our new eco yoga brick. The yoga brick is hollow and is made from laminated bamboo using FDA approved adhesives. Use in numerous standing and seated postures to provide lift or grounding. With three distinctly different dimensions to vary the height, the yoga brick offers firm support. The yoga brick will not distort under bodyweight, and will not damage floors (or toes!).
