This programme was filmed in the US at Grayhawk Golf Club, Scottsdale, Arizona, and hosted by Katherine Roberts, a professional Yoga instructor and avid golfer.
The 'Eagle' programme is the most advanced 'Yoga for Golfers' series of exercises, suitable for the physically-fit golfer with some yoga experience.

Special attention is focused on building upper body strength and intense core conditioning, using a continuous flow of yoga poses, including Sun Salutation and exercises similar to 'Power Yoga'. This is designed to increase the flexibility, strength and cardiovascular conditioning necessary for endurance, speed and a consistent repeatable golf swing.
