For The UK All UK standard deliveries are charged at a flat rate of £2.95. Our shipping definition of the UK includes the UK Mainland. However the Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and Isle of Man are excluded from UK mainland.
For International Delivery. Delivery prices are automatically calculated on our website for most countries. In the countries drop down list simply select your country. If shipping is not automatically calculated for your country please contact us for more details.
UK Standard Delivery
* Deliveries within the UK Mainland are normally from 2-5 working days. With larger items we use our nominated courier (Signed For) delivery service. If you are not at home during normal weekday working hours i.e. 08:00 - 17:30 you can have goods delivered to your work address or leave us a note in the "Special Delivery Instructions" Box during checkout i.e. "if out, leave with the neighbor or leave in Porch" and pass on your instructions to our courier. Small items are sent out by normal Royal Mail parcel service.
* Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands & Highlands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man... allow 4-5 working days.
* Goods ordered before 2 PM will normally be processed and dispatched the same day. For guaranteed next day week day delivery you need to order before 2 PM Monday to Thursday. Please contact us on 01296 615880 to make sure you book the next day service. Please also note that we do not dispatch at the weekend and weekend deliveries are by prior agreement. If we have not delivered your order within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the order and we will refund any monies paid.
UK Mainland NEXT DAY delivery service
Goods ordered before 12.00 noon will be processed and dispatched the same day for delivery next day.
Failed Deliveries
Our courier company will deliver from 08:00 AM to 5.30 PM Monday to Friday. They will only attempt to delivery your parcel twice. If you have given a special instruction ie: "Leave with neighbor at No 9 or leave in Porch..." and you are out when the first delivery is attempted the courier will leave a card with the depot's number for you to arrange a re delivery. If you do not call the courier, they will automatically try to deliver again the next day and if you are out again at the time of redelivery the parcel will be returned to us as undeliverable.
To avoid that happening we advise you to: A: Use a delivery address where there will be someone during the day. B: Assuming it is safe, leave us a special delivery instruction in the Special delivery instructions" Box during checkout. We reserve the right to recharge for delivery at cost or in the event you wish to have a refund, to refund you less the actual amount paid by us for carriage.
International Delivery
EU Delivery For EU Mainland: Small parcels up to 2kg will be delivered by small parcel service by Royal Mail. Larger parcels will be delivered by signed for courier service on a 3-7 working days service. For EU Islands delivery will takes up to 10 working days.
Rest of the World. Small parcels up to 2kg will be delivered by Royal Mail small parcel service up to 2 weeks. Larger parcels will be delivered by signed for courier service on a 5-10 working days.
